  • 5lb red potatoes, boiled

How To Make:

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Peel the potatoes and put them in the water. Let them cook for at least 15 minutes.

  3. Dice the potatoes and set them aside.
  4. Bring the eggs to boil in a saucepan. Cool them and chop them into small cubes.
