The simple and easy installation does not require any hardwiring but features a quick insertion method installation and since it is not hardwired it will be able to function normally even during a power outage. The FLOW faucet meets lead-free standards, a 2-function spray head, durable ceramic cartridge, metallic waterway, and an easy wipe clean finish. Available in polished chrome or nickel. Easily swap between hands-free motion sensing mode or the option to use it as a traditional manual faucet. Pull down the faucet head to automatically spray and release to instantly turn the water off as the head retracts back into place on its own.

This warranty does not apply to the following items:

Damage or loss sustained in a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder electrical storm, etc.
Damage or loss resulting from any unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance of the product.
Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, or modification of the product.
Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system.
Damage or loss resulting from improper installation or from installation of a unit in a harsh and/or hazardous environment

Shipping & Returns

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
