They always to a good clean up job and are always safe. I would recommend them and I would hire them again.

Never have received a call from them in order to get an estimate

Requested tree trimming service three months ago and D&D never showed up to do the work, even with monthly follow-up requests. Their motto is "We Won't LEAF You Hanging!", which is exactly what they did to us.

it didn't go. they called me and I told them I needed to call back. a couple days later I called back , left message and never heard back. hired non Angie list provider.

Excellent work, they were conscientious & professional.

They dont provide this service, false advertising or grouping by Angie's list. A waste of time.

Bug evaluated the damaged tree and recommended what damaged parts needed to be removed, and other trimming to balance the tree and reduce further damage. Her crew of Josh and Ben were very pleasant and professional. They worked safely, sought my input when appropriate, and cleaned up everything very well.

Great. Easy to work with. Having them come back for dying tree removal!

I called them three times, used two different phone numbers. No one answered. I left a message each time with my name, phone number, and what I needed done. No one ever returned my phone call.

Horrible. Waited weeks to get a simple response from the president of the company. When I mentioned something about the ridiculous lack of communication the president called my wife and I liars instead of providing a resolution and some type of customer service.

Overall, I was pleased with the service and the price. The dead tree was leaning over my neighbor's house, so there was some more effort needed to remove it than normal. The only reason I gave a B for quality was because there were some areas in the backyard where the grass was damaged from what looked like branches being dragged. Despite this, cleanup was good, the price was fair, and I would use them again.

They did an excellent job.Workers were very friendly.

They called after looking at my yard with an estimate on the same day they said they would. The estimate was fair and they came out the next morning to chip it and remove from my property. You'd never know it was ever there when they were finished. Great to work with. I'll be calling them again when I take down more trees for sure.

They were prompt to reschedule when the weather was too wet to take the tree down. There was no mess left after the tree came down and they came back to grind the stump. They even covered the area with nice black dirt. I am very satisfied with the customer service and quality of work. I would definitely use them again.

The price was fair. There was a bit of a snafu concerning the scheduling, but they responded well and had the guys out there the next available day. They were there early, got the job done well, and left the area clean.

We needed a maple tree close to the house trimmed and thinned. At the estimate everything was explained what they would do and how they would do it. When she was running a few minutes late for the estimate, she called to tell me she would be ten minutes late, which showed me she respected my time. The work was done the following week. They did a great job on the tree, and cleaned up after the work was completed. We couldn't tell they had been there. Flowers and plants below the tree were untouched and unharmed. They did a terrific job!

Excellent, couldn't be happier. They stayed in touch with us regarding when they would come out to do the estimate, contacted us immediately when they were running late and communicated the date they would be out to perform service. We did have rain that day, so they called to reschedule and arrive promptly on the day they said they would. They were courteous and every professional. They clean up everything, including a large branch that had fallen a week prior and I had sitting to the side of our yard. You wouldn't even know they were there except for the beautifully trimmed trees. They did forget to grind up the stump, but when we called they apologized and they took care of the oversight in a timely manner. Not sure when they did it, but when I mowed the lawn I realized they took care of the stump and filled the hole with dirt. Can't see enough good things about this company! I have gone cheap on services and expensive and have had bad experiences both ways. This was higher cost but I feel that I definitely received the level of service I paid for and they put the customer first. Glad I checked on Angie's list, the A rating they have is spot on!

Fast and perfec I received the quote within an hour of the call and the tree limb was gone by noon

They did an amazing job. You can't even tell there was a tree there, except for the well filled hole where the stump was. They provided a prompt quote and performed the work for exactly what they quoted. There were no truck marks in the yard and the clean up truly was remarkable. All I have to do is rake a little grass seed in and we are all set for spring. Thanks D & D.

They removed a tree stump in my front yard and did a very good job cleaned up the job site when they done and I am very happy with the service.

The quote was prepared professionally and I had a thorough onsite inspection and discussion about what needed to be accomplished. agreed to a discount for leaving larger oak trimmings, all other brush to be removed. Team arrived timely every day but not too early since it was a neighborhood. project took 5.5 days for about 6 workers. Every day the brush was cleaned up and piled nicely leaving the yard presentable. The oaks required climbing and with the overhanging limbs I expected to have some sort of incidental damage due to the difficulty and proximity of the trees to the house, wooden deck and power lines, but nothing was damaged. During service there was some work that I felt should have been done to one of the trees and after discussing it with the crew, they took care of it the next day. While they were a little more expensive than some of the other quotes i received, they showed proof of insurance at the time of the quote, discussed any issues in detail and when the job ran over did not come back to increase the price, nor were they demanding payment the moment work was completed. I feel that the professionalism of the crew, clean and polite, the quote, detailed and complete, the service was worth the little bit extra it cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any complex tree trimming.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were very professional and pleasant. The owner of the company also came to check on their progress. I was impressed that she showed up too. They did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. If we ever need to have any trees trimmed or taken down, we will call D&D.
