For this role you will:
Manage and define all aspects ofmultiple customer acquisition campaigns and strategy simultaneously, across all channels
Create and execute all campaign driven bydaily analytics and reporting geared atmaximizing optimization ofbudgets
Monitor, optimize and report performance ofuser acquisition campaigns asrequired onadaily, weekly and/or monthly basis
Measure, evaluate, and adjust campaign strategies tooptimize performance considering all key data variables (i.e. constantly dive into the data toidentify opportunities toincrease volume and ROI)
Identify, develop, track and report onkey ROI metrics todrive performance optimization decisions
Identify and implement new marketing partners, collaborate with various marketing channels and external partners todevelop acomprehensive set ofinitiatives todrive customer acquisition
Analyze product bysource &subsequent conversion patterns toensure optimal targeting ofproducts
Collaborate with product teams tomaximize product opportunities, analyze industry trends and competitors’ strategies toensure competitive advantage
Key Talents:
Minimum of5years progressive growth inperformance marketing (i.e. SEM, Social, Mobile and/or DSP/RTB), managing significant campaign budgets
Require astrong analytical and performance marketing background coupled with acreative and innovative approach totackling business and marketing challenges
Strong Experience with analytic and campaign management tools
Strong qualitative orientation— you’re adata junkie and love exploring data tobuild insights
Knowledge ofbehavioral targeting and re-marketing technologies
Deep understanding ofonline media marketing metrics/terminology/analytics
Analytical and creative thinking with the ability totranslate strategy into tactics, and ideas into action
