Paperless Employee (2024)

Paperless Employee

A paperless employee is an individual that is sourced, recruited, hired and onboarded by a company through the use of web-based hiring software applications. While these talent management cycle-related activities have traditionally involved a lot of physical paperwork and filing cabinet storage, SaaS (Software as a Service) technology has allowed even small to medium-sized businesses to eliminate unnecessary paperwork in the human resources department in favor of storing documents electronically with the ability to access them from a secure portal anywhere an Internet connection is available.

ExactHire’s suite of applicant tracking and employee onboarding software tools allow organizations to reduce the time and cost involved with the dissemination and collection of paperwork, while also improving the accuracy of information submitted by both applicants and new hires.
